What should I do if I see a transaction I don’t recognize?

If you see a charge you don’t recognize, don’t worry. First, make sure that you didn’t make the purchase yourself - some merchants have strange names when they show up on your app. Additionally, some merchants (like hotels) will put a hold on your card without charging it. In this instance, the purchase will show as pending and then should disappear in a few days.
If you believe the unrecognized charge is fraudulent, freeze your card and report it right away in the app. To do so, navigate to settings, select support, and choose "I have a problem with a transaction."
